You will work closely with Product, Data, and Engineering stakeholders to ensure GenAI solutions are reliable, secure, and production-ready.\nWhile your foundation is platform engineering, your focus will extend beyond traditional IT platforms to include AI-enabled services, integrations, and workflows that support marketing use cases such as content generation, personalization, campaign intelligence, and insights.\nYou will:\nBuild and operate core platforms and integrations that support GenAI-enabled marketing products and services\nEngineer and maintain scalable, secure, and performant environments for GenAI applications\nPartner with Product Owners senior stakeholders to translate business needs into robust platform capabilities\nEnable seamless integration between GenAI tools, SaaS platforms, data sources, and internal systems\nSupport platform components used by LLM-based applications, including orchestration, monitoring, access control, and observability\nLead platform upgrades, performance optimization, and platform lifecycle management\nSupport proofs of concept and pilots for emerging GenAI and marketing technologies\nEnsure platforms meet enterprise standards for security, compliance, and reliability\nDocument platform designs, patterns, and best practices to drive reuse across the GenAI portfolio\nWhat You'll Bring\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field\n6-8 years of experience in platform engineering, software engineering, or IT systems\nStrong experience with cloud-native platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)\nProficiency in backend development and scripting (e.g., Python, JavaScript/TypeScript)\nExperience designing and supporting APIs, integrations, and event-driven systems\nProven experience with platform upgrades, performance optimization, and operational excellence\nProven experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code\nStrong understanding of Cloud Native solutions and platform as product concepts.\nStrong understanding of security, access control, and enterprise platform standards\nNice to Have\nExperience enabling or supporting GenAI / LLM-based applications\nFamiliarity with LLM concepts, APIs, embeddings, or RAG patterns\nExperience integrating AI services with content platforms\nExposure to observability, monitoring, and platform analytics tools\nExperience working in complex, multi-system SaaS environments\nWho You'll Work With\nProduct Owners and delivery teams building GenAI-enabled marketing solutions\nEngineers, architects, and data teams across Corporate Technology\nAgile Coaches and Scrum Masters to support effective delivery\nAdditional info\nYOU’RE GOOD AT\nDelivering high-quality results with minimal supervision, demonstrating independence and reliability in your work\nProactively identifying opportunities for improvement, suggesting creative and impactful solutions to enhance platform capabilities\nCreating clear and concise design and technical documentation to support robust implementation and long-term maintainability\nDemonstrating strong communication skills by delivering clear, well-structured demos and insightful data analysis\nTroubleshooting complex technical issues efficiently and effectively, with a focus on root cause analysis and sustainable fixes\nBuilding strong relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders, fostering collaboration to achieve shared goals\nEmbracing Agile ways of working and adapting quickly to changing priorities and business needs\nBoston Consulting Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
