We work in a uniquely collaborative model across the firm and throughout all levels of the client organization, generating results that allow our clients to thrive.\nWhat You'll Do\nOur Global Learning & Development (L&D) Operations function is a key enabler of our firm’s success, ensuring learning programs are delivered with quality, consistency, and scalability across regions and cohorts.\nYou will execute defined learning operations processes with high accuracy to ensure learner lifecycle integrity, timely communications, and reliable systems and data.\nResponsibilities\nProcess enrollments, rosters, and learner communications accurately\nMaintain LMS records and learner data integrity\nSupport ticket/inbox management and respond to standard queries\nRun standard reports and complete administrative close-out tasks\nFollow established operational playbooks and SLAs\nEscalate data, system, or process issues promptly\nYou’re Good At\nAttention to detail and consistent process execution\nClear and timely operational communication\nWorking effectively in structured workflows\nManaging deadlines and routine priorities\nLearning systems and tools quickly\nWhat You'll Bring\n1-3 years relevant experience in operations, coordination, or admin roles\nFluency in English (additional languages a plus)\nComfort working with systems and data (e.g., LMS, spreadsheets)\nStrong reliability and customer-service mindset\nAbility to work across time zones as needed\nWho You'll Work With\nYou will work with Learning Operations Coordinators, Delivery colleagues, program owners, and learners to maintain accurate operations execution and timely service.\nAdditional info\nAt BCG, our people and relationships are at the heart of everything we do.
