We work in a uniquely collaborative model across the firm and throughout all levels of the client organization, generating results that allow our clients to thrive.\nWhat You'll Do\nOur Global Learning & Development (L&D) Operations function is a key enabler of our firm’s success, ensuring learning programs are delivered with quality, consistency, and scalability across regions and cohorts.\nYou will independently manage end-to-end delivery for assigned learning programs/events/projects, ensuring consistent execution, a strong learner experience, and proactive stakeholder coordination.\nResponsibilities\nManage end-to-end delivery for assigned programs (setup through close-out)\nManage faculty, vendor, and stakeholder coordination and communications\nHost sessions and manage live environments, timing, and engagement mechanics\nProactively identify and mitigate delivery risks and dependencies\nTrack delivery metrics (attendance, satisfaction) and implement improvements\nManage multiple concurrent programs and priorities independently\nAttend on site learning programs, both locally, and at various international locations\nYou’re Good At\nManaging delivery outcomes and delivering consistently high-quality sessions\nProactive risk management and problem resolution\nConfident and strong facilitation/hosting presence in virtual and hybrid /in-person settings\nStakeholder management and expectation-setting\nUsing feedback and data to improve future delivery\nWhat You'll Bring\n3-5 years relevant experience in learning delivery, events, operations, or coordination\nFluency in English; comfort working with senior presenters\nStrong organizational skills and ability to prioritize under deadlines\nExperience supporting virtual delivery platforms and event logistics\nComfort working across cultures and time zones\nAbility to travel/ work within Europe\nWho You'll Work With\nYou will partner with L&D stakeholders, faculty, vendors, and cross-functional teams (e.g., IT/AV, facilities where applicable) to deliver programs end-to-end and ensure a seamless learner experience.\nBoston Consulting Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
