You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, to ensure the availability, integrity, and accessibility of data for various business needs. This role requires a strong understanding of data management principles, database technologies, data integration, and data warehousing concepts. You will be:\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and maintain data warehouse solutions, including data modeling, schema design, and indexing strategies\nOptimize data processing workflows for improved performance, reliability, and scalability\nIdentify and integrate diverse data sources, both internal and external, into a centralized data platform\nImplement and manage data lakes, data marts, or other storage solutions as required\nEnsure data privacy and compliance with relevant data protection regulations\nDefine and implement data governance policies, standards, and best practices\nTransform raw data into usable formats for analytics, reporting, and machine learning purposes\nPerform data cleansing, normalization, aggregation, and enrichment operations to enhance data quality and usability\nCollaborate with data analysts and data scientists to understand data requirements and implement appropriate data transformations\nWhat You'll Bring\nBachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field\nProficiency in SQL and strong hands-on experience with Snowflake is a must have\n8+ years of experience in data engineering or a similar role\nHands-on programming skills in languages such as Python or Java are a plus\nFamiliarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and related services (e.g., S3, Redshift, BigQuery) is good to have\nKnowledge of data modeling and database design principles\nFamiliarity with data transformation and orchestration tools such as dbt and Apache Airflow is a strong plus\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills\nFamiliarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail\nExperience with HR data analytics and HR domain knowledge is preferred\nWho You'll Work With\nAs part of the People Analytics team, you will modernize HR platforms, capabilities & engagement, automate/digitize core HR processes and operations and enable greater efficiency. You will work with Product Owners, Business & Technical Stakeholders,incl.
