This is a unique opportunity to build hands-on experience in Learning & Development within one of the world’s leading management consulting firms.\nYou will support the coordination and monitoring of training and development programs for BCG consultants helping ensure that every initiative runs smoothly from launch to close-out. You will contribute to the full L&D cycle, from needs analysis and program design support, to training set-up and opening, participant communication, logistics management and attendance tracking, up to post-training evaluation and reporting. Along the way, you will develop a solid understanding of L&D best practices in a dynamic, international professional services environment.\nYou are good at :\nSupporting the design, coordination, and execution of L&D programs and initiatives for BCG consultants;\nAssisting in the development and updating of learning content, materials, and e-learning modules;\nManaging logistics for training events, including scheduling, invitations, venues, materials, and participant tracking;\nSupporting the onboarding process and induction activities for new joiners, from pre-arrival communications to the organization of welcome sessions and first-week programs;\nCollecting and analyzing participant feedback and contributing to post-training evaluation reports.\nPlease mind that the role will be focused on the activities listed above, but not limited to them\nWhat You'll Bring\nUniversity degree or currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g. Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or a related field);\nExcellent communication skills, both written and oral, in Italian and English;\nGood command of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and an interest in data analytics;\nStrong organizational and multitasking skills, with a proactive approach and the ability to switch quickly between activities.\nWho You'll Work With\nBCG’s HR team works to attract, develop, excite, deploy, and retain the best people in the market.
