In this role, you will work closely with our HR colleagues, supporting a variety of HR processes and activities while gaining exposure to different areas of the employee lifecycle.\nYou will become part of an international, results-oriented, and collaborative environment, working alongside talented colleagues who value creativity, flexibility, teamwork, hard work and mutual support.\nWhat You'll Do\nSupport the HR team with a range of operational and administrative activities, taking ownership of selected day-to-day and recurring tasks\nManage and maintain data in our HR and Recruiting tools, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely updates\nSupport key HR processes, including recruiting, staffing, or talent&career development\nCollaborate with the team in preparing, reviewing, and analyzing HR reports, ensuring data quality and providing meaningful insights\nCreate, review, and edit presentations and other HR-related materials in both Italian and English\nHandle sensitive employee and organizational information with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion\nWhat You'll Bring\nYou hold, or are currently completing, a university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field\nYou are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and are comfortable working with data, formulas, pivot tables, and analytical models. Knowledge of macros is considered a plus\nYou have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with excellent attention to detail\nYou have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Italian and English\nYou are able to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion\nYou are a collaborative team player while also feeling comfortable working independently and taking ownership of your responsibilities\nYou are proactive, flexible, well-organized, and able to manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment\nYou are a quick and creative thinker with a hands-on attitude and a willingness to learn\nPrevious experience in an HR, Recruiting, People Analytics, or data-focused internship will be considered a plus\nAdditional info\nThis opportunity is offered as a 6-month internship designed to provide hands-on experience and professional development within BCG Platinion.
