Consulting work is varied and rigorous, much of it is performed at our client sites. Work in a supportive, highly collaborative environment where experienced colleagues invest in your development through coaching, feedback, and hands-on learning.\n\nWhat You'll Bring\nWe’re looking for candidates who bring:\nPursuing an undergraduate degree in business administration, business analytics, supply chain management, operations, industrial engineering, or similar fields preferred.\n\nGraduating between December 2027 and July 2028.\n\nInternship experience or extracurriculars in business, operations, consulting, procurement, supply chain management, operations, or relevant areas preferred\n\nStrong analytical, critical thinking, and structured problem-solving skills.\n\nExcellent communication and presentation skills.\n\nConfidence to share thoughtful perspectives.\n\nEagerness to build fluency with AI and apply it as part of your professional growth\n\nCuriosity, adaptability, and a results-oriented mindset.\n\nAn entrepreneurial approach and ability to effectively collaborate in team environments.\n\nBusiness-fluent English, both written and spoken.\n\nFlexibility to travel based on client and project needs.\n\nWho You'll Work With\nYou’ll collaborate with experienced consultants and procurement specialists across Inverto North America while partnering closely with colleagues throughout the broader BCG network.
