Web Application Development:\nLeading End to End high scale web-development from front including architecting, design, planning, development and deployment\nMaintains a strong knowledge base of new opensource tech stacks, applications, techniques, and skills\nStrong problem-solving and follow-up skills; must be proactive and take initiative\nCreate robust proprietary code and translate business logic into project requirements\nDevelop code using development best practices, and an emphasis on security best practices\nLeverage technologies to support business needs to attain high reusability and maintainability of current and newly developed systems\nProvide system design recommendations based on technical requirements\nWrite effective unit tests and integration tests to ensure high-quality software delivery Business requirement gathering and collaboration\nCollaborating with project team members in drafting prioritized business requirements documentation, including scope definition and statement of work\nWorking with project stakeholders to identify business needs and gather requirements for web application development\nManaging team on projects while working with case teams, ensuring execution and being responsible for overall quality\nLeading communication and managing workflow to ensure the consulting team's satisfaction\nEstablishing oneself as a go-to expert for consulting/topic teams; Guiding consulting teams in selecting a development approach; Being the Brand ambassador for web development in BCG (Proposals, Demos, PoCs, Networking with case teams, etc.)\nDelivering original analysis and insights to case teams, typically owning all or part of an engagement and integrating with consulting teams\nEstablish credibility by thought partnering with highly demanding stakeholders / consulting teams on web development and delivery topics; drawing conclusions on a range of external and internal issues and dependencies \nCommunicate insights through sophisticated synthesis and packaging of results (including PPT slides and charts) with stakeholders / consulting teams; collecting, synthesizing, learnings & inputs into new best practices and methodologies\nContributes to team's content & IP development\nAssisting on designing the onboarding schedule, & providing day to day apprenticeship & coaching for software engineers with guidance from Experts\nProblem solving:\nYou should be strong in solutioning with hands-on experience in software delivery, through the entire life cycle of software development.
