Those in human resources manage the life cycle of all BCG employees - from hiring top talent and developing their skills to rewarding their contributions and\nsupporting career progression and mobility.\nYour role will include providing support for the MBA Team through organising and attending events, arranging and managing interview campaigns, and planning and organising the Summer Internship Programme. You will also be responsible for the accuracy of data for analysis on our recruitment events, applications, assessment processes and offers extended.\nYou will:\nRecruitment Campaigns\nOverall provide direct support to the MBA Channel Recruiting Team in the London office\nSupport the interview campaign administration, communication to candidates and overall ensure the smooth running of campaigns for Full Time (Sept - Oct) and Summer Internship (Nov - Jan) and INSEAD (April)\nSupport the Recruitment Manager in scheduling interviews working with the shared service NEXUS team\nTake ownership of maintaining and updating several key excel files with the ability to quickly access and extract data from the files as needed\nAssigning screeners on our ATS and supporting in screening meetings\nPro-actively lead the campaign logistics with the following: merchandise ordering, sharing Interviewer bios, taking minutes when attending de-briefs, tracking return of interview feedback and giving feedback to candidates after interviews, management of candidate expenses\nManage candidate pipelines and ensure accurate tracking in the recruitment system\nSupport pre-offer and offer stages, ensuring an excellent candidate experience\nDaily ownership of the London Recruiting mailbox\n\nSupporting the University Recruiter during peak recruiting time with pre-screening, screening, interview preparation and ad hoc organisations of events, keeping the MBA Channel a priority\n\nEvents\nSupport the planning and delivery of MBA events (both digital and on-campus), and attend events in person or online as needed\nSupport Recruitment Manager with the application process for the MBA Diversity Fellowship Programme\nLead the organisation of the Full-time and Summer Internship Welcome Weekends and manage the logistics\nCoordinate the Summer Internship programme, including induction, and weekly informative and social events over the summer\nTeam Based\nWork effectively with other teams and key stakeholders, such as staffing team for the summer programme, consulting teams: for events, screening, and mentorship programmes\nAssistance with accurate/timely database management in BCG IT systems\nWork collaboratively across the whole Recruiting Team as and when necessary to provide support to a busy function\nAd hoc project work when needed\nWhat You'll Bring\nPrevious experience of working with HR/Recruitment systems is essential\nKnowledge of Office 365 suite of tools, Excel and Powerpoint is required\nThe ability to remain calm and personable with good inter-personal skills during busy periods\nProactive and can take the initiative to identify opportunities to support the team and improve ways of working\nEnthusiastic with a positive “can-do” attitude\nBeing able to interact effectively with the team and the recruitment stakeholders, as well as building rapport with candidates\nIn this position you will be the database administrator and must be extremely effective in dealing with large amounts of information, work efficiently under pressure and juggle multiple responsibilities effectively\nThis is a busy role requiring ability to work to short deadlines with the right level of urgency and professionalism\nPrevious office-based work experience, preferably in an administration role that requires a scheduling element\nExtremely organised and able to prioritise and multitask effectively\nAttention to detail to ensure accurate records of recruiting are maintained and the right actions are taken\nEffective and adaptable communication skills and self-organisation are essential\nAdditional info\nAt BCG, our people and relationships are at the heart of everything we do.
