What You'll Do
- Lead cross-functional teams in solving clients’ most pressing challenges across industries like technology, financial services, healthcare, consumer goods, etc.
- Synthesize insights and steer the team's analytical efforts to create impactful innovative client solutions, leveragingBCG’s proprietary frameworks, digital tools,and methodologies
- Engage and cultivate trust with high-level clients, shaping and delivering compellingdata-drivennarrativesand vision-setting.
- Balance hands-on guidance with empowering team autonomyby orchestrating end-to-end program delivery, ensuring quality, and managing scope and timelines
- Champion professional growth within your team, fostering an inclusiveculture of mentorship, continuous learning, and feedback.
- Actively contribute to practice area development, knowledge sharing and capability building.
- Some domestic and/orinternational travel expected

- 7 to 12 years of combined consulting and industry experience, with provenexpertisein leading high-impact, complex engagements
