Our Tech and Digital offer encompasses tech experts across BCG and Platinion, providing seamless multidisciplinary solutions to our clients.\nWhat You'll Do\nWorking closely with senior client leaders, you will lead multidisciplinary teams to solve complex business challenges, shape transformation agendas, and deliver measurable impact across strategy, technology, and execution.\nKey responsibilities include:\nLead client teams in defining and delivering technology, AI, and ERP transformation strategies across industries.\n\nAdvise senior executives on ERP modernization, including SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics, and next-generation enterprise platforms.\n\nShape transformation roadmaps, business cases, governance models, and value creation plans for large-scale programs.\n\nDrive end-to-end ERP-enabled business transformations by connecting technology, operating model, processes, data, and AI capabilities.\n\nBridge business objectives and technology solutions, translating complex challenges into practical, scalable outcomes.\n\nLead problem solving, analysis, and client recommendations while building trusted relationships with senior executives.\n\nCoach and develop consulting teams, fostering high performance, apprenticeship, and an inclusive team environment.\n\nContribute to the growth of BCG’s Tech & Digital Advantage practice through thought leadership, capability building, and business development.\n\nWhat You'll Bring\n6-15 years of experience in management consulting or in technology, digital, or transformation leadership roles.\n\nExperience leading ERP strategy, modernization, or large-scale business transformation programs.\n\nKnowledge of enterprise platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics, or comparable ERP solutions.\n\nExperience applying AI, generative AI, advanced analytics, or emerging technologies to improve enterprise processes and business performance.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business challenges into practical, technology-enabled solutions.\n\nExperience engaging and influencing senior business and technology stakeholders across complex transformation initiatives.\n\nOutstanding academic achievement, together with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.\n\nProfessional Skills\nExcellent analytical and structured problem-solving skills combined with creative conceptual thinking\n\nAdvanced quantitative analysis\n\nVery good business acumen and commercial capabilities\n\nExcellent communication and persuasion skills\n\nPersonal Attributes\nCollaborative team player with a positive and constructive attitude\n\nFlexible, curious and creative mindset\n\nIndependent and autonomous judgement\n\nIntercultural competence and experience of working in multicultural teams\n\nDriven, hard-working, entrepreneurial, proactive and productive\n\nHighest ethical standards\n\nBoston Consulting Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
