While contributing to client cases, workshops and proposals,travel to serve clients onsite during staffing assignments is expected in order to understand client requirementsand to design / develop solutions.\nYou will support implementationprojects, working in conjunction with business leaders, throughactivities such as:\n- Driving key modules within implementation projects and transformation programs\n-Driving program execution and value realization by translating strategy recommendations into action, aligning stakeholders, overcoming implementation challenges, and ensuring initiatives deliver measurable business impact\n- Applying analytical structured thinking and problem-solving, applying business transformation principles in practical scenarios\n- Supporting the activation of organizational design strategies and target operating models, including processes, governance, roles and performance management mechanisms\n- Managing disciplined execution of program/project components, including initiative prioritization, business case development, roadmap and value realization tracking\n- Conducting analysis to identify opportunities for process streamlining and performance improvement, grounded in business and financial impact\n- Communicating with case teams and clients team members in a credible and confident way\n- Ensuring high-quality execution of project components, maintaining a focus on practical efficiency and effectiveness\n- Drive process enhancements and change execution, supporting change management efforts, embedding new ways of working and enabling capability uplift through upskilling during implementation or transformation context.\n-Applying Generative AI tools and techniques (e.g. LLM workflows, agentic systems, retrieval-based solutions) to accelerate transformation and change management outcomes\n-Additionally, as a Senior Analyst, you will contribute to codifying knowhow & assets emerging from case and proposal work and will assist in onboarding and training junior colleagues based on your expertise.\nYOU'RE GOOD AT:\n- Helping solve client problems while executing long tail implementation programs\n- Translating business strategies into practical actions\n- Applying business and financial acumen to assess trade-offs and support value creation\n- Maintaining focus on execution discipline and outcomes\n- Working collaboratively and effectively in a group dynamic, in-person or virtually\n- Working in agile ways, adapting approaches based on evolving business needs\n- Communicating clearly and credibly with a diverse array of team, stakeholder, and client professionals\n- Bringing a curious, flexible and creative mindset, open to new things and able to propose innovative ideas.\n- Navigating complexity and ambiguity\n-Ability to rapidly prototype analytical and AI-driven solutions using modern tooling and iterative experimental approaches\nWhat You'll Bring\n2+ years of consulting experience in operations, implementation, or transformation related field roles strongly preferred \nIn lieu of consulting experience, 2+ years minimum industry experience required; 3-6+ years of industry experience strongly preferred \nProven experience in effectively translating strategy into action \nBachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred) \nFluency in Arabic and English \nStrong business and financial acumen \nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities \nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to engage credibly with senior stakeholders\nUsing Python, SQL, and modern analytical/AI tooling to support problem-solving, automation, and using generation is a plus\nWho You'll Work With\nAs a Client Focus Senior analyst, you will work face to face with clients and with BCG Project Leaders, Associates and Consultants.
