Working closely with Product Owners, Engineering, and Data teams, you’ll act as the functional and technical bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams - driving requirements, design, and AI-enabled system solutions that align with business goals and compliance standards.\nYou will help translate business objectives into scalable, AI-augmented system solutions that support global sourcing, procurement, and invoicing processes.\nYou'll collaborate with Product teams, IT colleagues, and Procurement and Finance stakeholders globally to continuously improve Coupa’s ability to meet evolving business needs - including embedding AI and machine learning capabilities into everyday procurement workflows.\nYou will also own the strategic roadmap for Coupa, driving more effective sourcing, procurement, and invoicing outcomes while enhancing user satisfaction and unlocking AI-driven insights across the source-to-pay lifecycle.\nAmong your responsibilities, you will:\nGather and document global and regional business requirements\nSupport design workshops and process mapping sessions\nTranslate functional requirements into detailed configuration specifications\nSupport system integrations between Coupa, Workday, SAP S4HANA, and other enterprise platforms\nCoordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and SIT\nValidate data migration and perform reconciliation activities\nAssist in preparing deployment documentation and hypercare support\nMaintain comprehensive functional documentation\n Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with data scientists, ML engineers, and data engineers to deploy, monitor, and iterate on models in production, embedded within Coupa workflows (e.g., intelligent invoice matching, spend classification, anomaly detection)\nEvaluate and pilot emerging AI capabilities - including LLM-powered assistants and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) tools - to improve the procurement user experience\nWhat You'll Bring\n5-8 years in enterprise SaaS product management or business analyst roles, ideally within procurement, sourcing, or business systems\n2+ years hands-on experience with Coupa (sourcing, procurement, invoicing, or analytics modules) in a product or support capacity is required\nExperience participating in at least one enterprise SaaS implementation is required, ideally with Coupa or another major procurement/finance platform\nBachelor’s degree required\nStrong background in procurement operations, especially around sourcing, invoicing, or vendor/supplier management\nProven experience gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into system specifications\nSkilled in creating functional documentation and understanding technical implications of proposed changes\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to assess design changes from a system-wide perspective\nExcellent communication skills and ability to build partnerships with internal stakeholders\nExperience managing application configurations and executing thorough test plans\nProficient in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting, analytics, and presentation\nFamiliarity with data privacy and security practices, especially as they relate to procurement and financial data\nExperience in a global and agile working environment is preferred\nKnowledge of system integrations with HRIS platforms like Workday and ERP platforms like SAP S4HANA is a plus\nPractical understanding of LLM orchestration (e.g., LangChain), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, and traditional predictive machine learning is a strong plus\nWho You'll Work With\nOther members of the transformation team, including support teams\nGlobal procurement, Finance, and data stakeholders managing sourcing, vendor relationships, and payments.\nAgile delivery teams, including developers, QA, data scientists, ML engineers, data engineers, product owners, and change managers\nExternal partners like implementation partners, systems integrators, and technical teams supporting Coupa integrations\nAdditional info\nYOU’RE GOOD AT\nIn this global role, you will work with stakeholders, team members, and customers around the world.
