You’ll contribute to recurring HR processes and broader team projects, giving you exposure to different aspects of HR.\nWorking closely with the HR team, you’ll take responsibility for clearly defined activities while providing flexible support where priorities require it. You will:\nSupport the onboarding of working students\nCoordinate the probation period process\nPrepare HR reports and presentations\nManage birthday and anniversary gifts\nDraft clear HR communications\nProvide ad-hoc support across HR topics and projects\nYou can work up to 20 hours/week during your semesters and up to 40 hours/week during your vacation time. The role offers enough flexibility to combine personal, academic and professional life. This is a temporary role from min. 12 to max. 24 months. You need to be an enrolled university student in Germany. \nWhat You'll Bring\nCurrent enrollment at an institute of higher education in Germany\nStrong motivation and the ability to work independently and take responsibility\nStrong teamwork and communication skills\nA conscientious, reliable, and flexible approach to your work\nTrustworthiness and discretion when handling confidential information\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and first experience with GenAI tools\nPrevious practical experience in a service-oriented environment is an advantage\nExcellent written and verbal English skills; German language skills are an advantage\nWho You'll Work With\nYou’ll be part of the Global Businesses and Functions HR Delivery Team in Munich, working closely with HR colleagues locally and across our global network.
