Your contribution will unlock insights into marketing performance to support BCG’s top-level decision making.\nIn this role, you will gain hands-on experience across the full data analytics journey, from building reliable data foundations and contributing to global marketing analytics to translating data into meaningful insights. Working closely with experienced colleagues, you will also help design and implement AI-powered solutions that improve data quality, streamline workflows, and strengthen analytics capabilities.\nYou can work up to 20 hours/week during your semesters and up to 40 hours/week during your vacation time. The role offers enough flexibility to combine personal, academic and professional life. This is a temporary role from min. 12 - max. 24 months. You need to be an enrolled university student in Germany.\nGlobal Media Monitoring & Analysis: Consolidate, process, and enrich global media data from multiple sources. Help design and implement AI-powered solutions to enrich data, ensure accuracy, and identify key company- and industry-related stories that generate actionable insights.\nData Quality Improvement Across Marketing Channels: Support initiatives to improve data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across internal and external data sources and marketing channels.\nNew Tools Evaluation: Explore and test new data sources, tools, and systems to assess their suitability for marketing analytics needs.\nAI-Powered Data Solutions: Contribute to designing, developing, and implementing AI-based solutions that automate data processing, streamline workflows, and strengthen analytics capabilities.\nStrategic Analytics & Reporting: Support analytics and reporting initiatives that deliver actionable insights and enable data-driven decision-making for Global M&C senior leadership.\nWhat You'll Bring\nYou are currently enrolled as a full-time student at a college or university.\nStrong interest in marketing, communications, and data analytics.\nVery good Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, with an interest in learning new tools.\nExperience with data analytics or AI-related projects is a plus.\nA structured, analytical approach, attention to detail, and ability to manage priorities effectively.\nVery good written and spoken English skills, with a collaborative and adaptable working style.\nWho You'll Work With\nYou will be an integral part of a diverse, international team of seven colleagues based in Munich and London. Our team works closely with BCG's Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Communication Officer through our team leadership, contributing insights that inform global marketing and communications decisions.
