This position requires someone who enjoys troubleshooting complex technical issues, supporting end-users, and maintaining a secure, reliable, and efficient IT environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows servers, virtualization platforms, network infrastructure, and cloud environments.\nAdminister and support Microsoft 365, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, Defender, and other Microsoft 365 Admin Centers.\nManage Active Directory, user accounts, permissions, Group Policies, MFA, and Conditional Access.\nHandle, prioritize, troubleshoot, and resolve Level 1 and Level 2 Help Desk tickets.\nProvide technical support for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices.\nTroubleshoot hardware, software, network connectivity, printing, and Microsoft 365 application issues.\nManage system backups, patching, endpoint protection, and disaster recovery procedures.\nSupport VMware, Hyper-V, Microsoft Azure, and hybrid infrastructure environments.\nAssist with employee onboarding, offboarding, equipment deployment, and account provisioning.\nParticipate in network infrastructure improvements, server upgrades, and MDF/IDF projects.\nMaintain accurate technical documentation and proactively identify opportunities to improve IT operations.\nRequirements\nMinimum 3 years of experience in Systems Administration or a similar IT role.\nStrong hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 and its administrative portals.\nProficiency with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.\nSolid understanding of networking, firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, and TCP/IP.\nExperience supporting Windows and Mac computers in a corporate environment.\nExperience with Microsoft Azure, Intune, and endpoint management.\nFamiliarity with PowerShell scripting and automation.\nWorking knowledge and experience with various AI technologies, platforms, and tools, including generative AI and AI-powered applications.\nProven experience managing Help Desk tickets and troubleshooting technical issues.\nExcellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work independently and collaborate effectively with an IT team.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V, and hybrid cloud environments.\nExperience with Microsoft Defender, Conditional Access, and cybersecurity best practices.\nFamiliarity with Mosyle for Business and Microsoft Intune’s MDM.\nRelevant Microsoft, CompTIA, or networking certifications.\nAssociate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.\nAdditional Requirements\nAbility to lift and install IT equipment weighing 30 to 40 pounds without assistance.\nFlexibility to work extended hours, weekends, or alternate shifts when business needs require.\nThe annual salary range for this full-time position depends on experience between $80,000 - $100,00.\nBenefits\nHealth Benefits (Medical, Dental & Vision)\nLife Insurance\nFlexible Spending Account\n401k Program\nPaid Time Off\nRobust Holiday Schedule\nCommuter Benefits\nTraining & Development\nGrowth Opportunities!
