It requires hard work, a lot of innovation and enthusiasm and, of course, an abundance of Purple Passion (def. a love of play, bringing play to communities and specific love of Burke and those you work with)!\nThe Role\nProject Support & Coordination\nManage small-scale projects from planning through execution\nSupport team leads in organizing and tracking progress on broader initiatives\nCreate, update and maintain project plans and documentation\nEnsure timelines, tasks and milestones are clearly communicated and met\nStakeholder Communication\nFollow up with stakeholders to track progress and maintain momentum\nAttend meetings, take notes and ensure follow-up actions are completed\nSupport cross-functional collaboration and smooth information flow\nRep Website & Ordering System Support\nAssist in managing updates and maintenance for the rep-facing website and ordering portal\nWork with the team to suggest improvements and enhance the user experience\nManage small-to-medium initiatives to drive system optimization in collaboration with the Project Managers\nReporting & Organization\nTrack project progress and provide status updates for leadership\nHelp create regular reports using data from our project management system\nIdentify risks or bottlenecks and escalate when necessary\nQualifications That Move Us!\nCurrently enrolled in a degree program (Business, Project Management, Marketing or related field)\nExcellent communication and follow-up skills\nHighly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities\nFamiliarity with project management tools\nBasic knowledge of web-based platforms or digital systems is a plus\nAbility to work independently and take ownership of tasks\nLove for collaboration and team success\nBurke is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
