Receptionist/ Office Assistant
Express is searching for permanent Office Scheduler for our South Delta client company. They are in a seasonal business with lay-offs in middle of November, returning in the first week in March. While you take time off, you will be paid 55% on EI. This is a small supportive office of less than 10 people. Ideal person lives in South (Tsawwassen, Ladner) to North Delta area and does enjoy the few months off during the winter months.
Responsibilities:
-customer service to clients by phone, emails, etc.
-scheduling for several technicians
-data entry, administrative and minor accounting duties as needed
Requirements:
-enthusiastic team player
-exceptional communication skills and telephone manner
-intermediate computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
-reliable, mature work ethic
Work Hours: F/T, permanent, 1st week of March until mid-November, M-F 830am-430pm (can be a little flexible with hours), except for mid November to 1st week of March will be laid off.
Starting wage: $18.00 per hour (no additional benefits).
