This role will be involved in a wide variety of projects as well as understanding how work is performed across the organization and identifying opportunities to redesign work, optimize workforce capacity, enable AI adoption, and create meaningful workforce experiences that help our people and business thrive.\nWhat You'll Do\nYou will partner with senior leaders, executive sponsors, and cross-functional teams to transform ideas into practical, enterprise-wide solutions. Key areas of focus include:\nLeading large-scale workforce transformation and organizational effectiveness initiatives.\nDesigning implementation roadmaps, governance structures, milestones, and measures of success.\nAssessing work, workforce capacity, and emerging opportunities to simplify, redesign, automate, or augment work through AI and other enablement strategies.\nDeveloping business cases, recommendations, and implementation plans that improve organizational effectiveness and employee experience.\nBringing together change, communications, learning, workforce, process, technology, financial, and operational perspectives into integrated implementation approaches.\nAdvising leaders on organizational readiness, workforce impacts, risks, priorities, and trade-offs.\nProviding functional leadership to cross-functional teams and influencing outcomes without direct authority.\nEnsuring intended business and workforce outcomes are achieved and sustained.\nWhat Makes This Role Unique\nThis is more than a project leadership role.\nYou will have the opportunity to help define how work evolves at BCLC by addressing some of the most important questions facing organizations today:\nHow should AI and automation change the way work is performed?\nWhat skills will our workforce need in the future?\nHow can we create capacity while improving employee experience?\nHow do we design work, teams, and operating models that support long-term business success?\nThis role offers broad enterprise exposure and the opportunity to influence strategic decisions that shape the future of our workforce.\nWhat You'll Bring\nWe're looking for a leader who combines strategic thinking with practical execution.\nYou bring:\nExperience leading complex cross-functional initiatives or organizational transformation programs.\nStrong organizational effectiveness, workforce strategy, change management, or business transformation experience.\nThe ability to translate broad organizational priorities into executable plans and measurable outcomes.\nExceptional stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and influencing skills.\nStrong business acumen and systems thinking.\nExperience working with senior leaders and executive sponsors.\nCuriosity about the future of work, workforce trends, operating models, and AI-enabled transformation.\nQualifications\nDegree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Change Management, Project or Program Management, or a related discipline.\n5-7 years of progressive experience leading complex enterprise initiatives, organizational transformation, program implementation, or related work.\nExperience developing multi-year roadmaps and leading implementation through to measurable outcomes.\nProfessional certifications in Project Management, Program Management, Change Management, Human Resources, or Organizational Development are considered assets.\nWhy BCLC\nAt BCLC, our commitment to Integrity, Curiosity, and Human Connection guides everything we do.
