Join our growing team supporting customer missions as a MidSoftware Developer in Hybrid, Onsite in Vienna, VA and Chantilly, VA with up to 3 days remote.\nResponsibilities\nContribute to bridging the gap between complex business problems and software solutions\nDevelop code solutions that adhere to customer security and requirements\nDesign, code, test, debug, and document solutions with direction from a multi-disciplinary team\nEnsure compliance with software design, development, testing, integration, and sustainment standards\nResearch technology solutions and work to resolve issues based on customer and business requirements\nEnsure that products are designed and developed for scalability, robustness, maintainability, and interoperability\nApply Development Best Practices\nParticipate in team discussions and contribute to technical decision-making\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications:\nActive TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope poly required to start\n3+ years of experience with full-stack software development leveraging multiple programming languages (e.g. Python, Groovy, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Java, Node)\nBachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (additional experience may be substituted for education)\nExperience working with databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB, etc.) to include:Basic understanding of relational database design principles (e.g. Normalization vs Denormalization)\nGeneral knowledge of database administration concepts (e.g. users, schemas, constraints)\n\nExperience working with multimedia streaming technologies and video processing workflows (encoding, transcoding, clipping)\nExperience working with real-time monitoring and alerting systems (e.g., CloudWatch, Splunk) for production system health\nExperience with API design and implementation\nExperience working with a DevOps team\nExperience working in a fast-paced agile environment\nDesired Qualifications:\nDirect experience working with CrafterCMS\nExperience with audio/video analytics, including:o Audio segmentation and speaker diarization technologieso Video metadata extraction and automated content summarizationo Integration with transcription and translation serviceso Experience developing and optimizing AI-enabled transcription and translation services\nPreferred candidates present experience working with a Model-View-Controller (MVC) architectural design patterno Experience working with Java for backend development is idealo Experience working with JavaScript and TypeScript for frontend development is ideal\nExperience with Cloud Providers, preferably AWSo Preferred Certifications include Amazon Developer Associate, Amazon Solutions Architect Associate\nWhat you can expect from us\nThe expected salary range within the Washington, DC metropolitan area is: $175,000 - 195,000. Final compensation is unique to each individual and will be determined based on factors such as experience, education, geographic location, and contractual requirements.
