Join our growing team as a Technical Project Manager/Scrum Master, supporting the NGA customer mission.\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications:\nActive TS/SCI with CI poly\nDemonstrated success delivering complex, cross-functional IT initiatives from initiation through implementation and transition to operations, managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, issues, and stakeholder expectations. \nProven experience operating in a SAFe Agile environment, including PI Planning, backlog and dependency management, release planning, and coordination across Agile teams and stakeholders. \nProficiency with project and Agile delivery tools, including Jira and Confluence, to manage plans, work, risks, dependencies, reporting, and delivery metrics. \nAbility to develop integrated project plans; coordinate internal, customer, and vendor resources; assign and track work; and drive deliverables to timely completion. \nStrong facilitation, communication, organization, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve obstacles and escalate decisions appropriately. \nExperience leading customer status meetings and executive briefings that clearly communicate progress, milestones, upcoming work, risks, dependencies, decisions required, and overall program health. \nExperience leading implementation readiness activities, including migration planning, testing coordination, cutover execution, hypercare/stabilization, and transition to operations. \nAbility to ensure delivery activities meet contractual commitments and applicable security, compliance, governance, and documentation requirements. \nSufficient technical fluency to engage credibly with engineering, architecture, security, infrastructure, and operations teams and translate technical risks or decisions for business stakeholders.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nCurrent certification in project management or Agile delivery, such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist, or comparable certification. \nWorking knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Database, and enterprise cloud migration or modernization practices. \nFamiliarity with AI-enabled solutions and delivery considerations, including AI/ML, agentic systems, LLMs, RAG, and Model Context Protocol (MCP). \nExperience leading enterprise software development, cloud migration, digital transformation, or large-scale implementation programs. \nExperience with organizational change management, adoption planning, training coordination, and executive-level portfolio or program reporting. \nExperience managing third-party vendors, subcontractors, or distributed delivery teams.\nWhat you can expect from us\nRecognizing great achievements do not go unnoticed by bcore through service anniversaries, spot awards, and employee referral bonuses\nYou’ll join a growing organization of passionate, top-shelf, IT engineering professionals with extensive experience in actively developing the technology revolution in the Intelligence community \nThe expected salary range within the Washington, DC metropolitan area is: $130,000-$165,000. Final compensation is unique to each individual and will be determined based on factors such as experience, education, geographic location, and contractual requirements.
