They are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don’t have enough information to answer customer questions or resolve complaints. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.\nResponsibilities:\nProvide excellent customer service to all customers, ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.\nGreet customers warmly upon arrival and answer any questions they may have about the menu or services offered.\nTake orders accurately over the phone, entering them into the system quickly and efficiently.\nEnsure accuracy of orders by double-checking with customers before completing transactions.\nAssist customers with payment processing, including cash handling and credit card transactions.\nRespond to customer complaints and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.\nUpsell additional products and services when appropriate.\nMaintain regular and reliable attendance, including the daily schedule as assigned.\nFlexible with the working schedule; may be expected to work weekends, holidays and events\nRequirements\nQualifications:\nGood communication and comprehension skills.
