·Documentation, operational handover and support model

Requirements

·5+ years of experience in SharePoint Online, Teams, and Microsoft 365.

·Strong background in SharePoint governance, information architecture, and site rationalisation.

·Hands-on experience with AvePoint implementation and SharePoint migrations.

·Knowledge of retention, lifecycle, and information management.

·Experience supporting Copilot readiness, knowledge management, documentation, and handover.

·Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
