It takes the imagination and passion of all of us-from design and engineering to the manufacturing and marketing of our billions of MedTech products per year-to look at the impossible and find transformative solutions that turn dreams into possibilities.\n\nJob Description\nResponsibilities:\n Responsible for the accurate placement of individual dosimeters within dosimeter device in accordance with approved procedures and work instructions.\n Prepare and maintain an adequate inventory of dosimeters and dosimetry sets required to support scheduled sterilization runs.\n Prepare dosimetry sets for each sterilization run and ensure appropriate identification, handling, and traceability.\n Perform accurate reading of dosimeters using approved spectrophotometers and document results in accordance with established procedures.\nPrepare, review, and maintain dosimetry records and reports associated with sterilization runs.\nMaintain and update sterilization monitoring and trending data, including applicable watch or tracking systems.\nPerform and document required daily, weekly, and monthly spectrophotometer checks to ensure equipment remains ready for use.\nEnsure all testing activities and documentation are performed in accordance with approved procedures, work instructions, quality requirements, and applicable standards.\nMaintain accurate, complete, and traceable records in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and data integrity requirements.\nSupport sterilization validation and qualification activities, and report observations from investigations or continuous improvement efforts, as required.\nDemonstrate strong verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills and collaborate effectively with laboratory and cross-functional teams.\nAbility to work independently, prioritize assigned activities, and consistently meet established timelines.\nMaintain a safe, organized, and compliant laboratory work environment.\nPerform other duties as assigned to support laboratory and sterilization operations.\nAdheres to laboratory safety practices and procedures when operating equipment and handling dosimeters.\nProvides input on new or updated procedures and work instructions as requested.\nQualifications:\nMinimum Required:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nAbility to work independently with little direct supervision.\nBasic computer skills.\nPreferred:\nAssociates degree preferred.\nExperience working in a hospital environment.\nDemonstrated ability to communicate effectively.\nDemonstrated ability to work with computers.\nKnowledge of basic physics and math concepts.\nDemonstrated ability to work with SAP\nExperience:\nExperience in manufacturing, laboratory, medical device, or another regulated environment preferred.\nDemonstrates proficiency in operating laboratory equipment (such as spectrophotometer, incubator etc), or ability to learn quickly.\nBasic understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) preferred.\nBasic Knowledge and Skills:\nProactively identify tasks and take action without prompting\nMeticulous attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with teams.\nAbility to work overtime as necessary\nPhysical Demands:\nPhysical demands include activities associated with working in a manufacturing and warehouse environment such as standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally, typically 10-20lbs frequently.\nMust be able to work with forceps and gloves.\nManual dexterity with small film dosimeters, to place and pull in product without damage\nSchedule: 1st Shift: 8:00am-4:30pm ET with additional hours required as needed to support business operations.
