It takes the imagination and passion of all of us-from design and engineering to the manufacturing and marketing of our billions of MedTech products per year-to look at the impossible and find transformative solutions that turn dreams into possibilities.\n\nJob Description\nAvailable to work 12-hour Blue Night shift as business needs require\nKey Responsibilities\nTroubleshoot and repair electrical, electronic, mechanical, and automation equipment.\nLearn to diagnose and correct PLC and control system malfunctions.\nInstall, test, repair, and maintain electrical control devices, instruments, drives, and related equipment.\nSupport engineering projects involving PLCs, servo systems, vision systems, motor controls, molding equipment, and other automation technologies.\nPerform preventive maintenance and calibration activities according to schedule.\nAssist production teams with equipment repairs, troubleshooting, and machine overhauls.\nRepair existing electrical and mechanical components and initiate purchase requisitions for replacement parts and supplies as needed.\nWork with PLCs, drives, and control systems to support equipment reliability and continuous improvement initiatives.\nProvide guidance and training to Electrical Mechanical Technician Interns.\nAdhere to all safety, quality, and environmental standards and procedures.\nQualifications\nEducation\nAssociate degree (2-year technical degree) in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related technical field required.\nExperience\nMinimum 2 years of experience troubleshooting and repairing automated manufacturing equipment preferred.\nExperience working with PLCs, drives, controls, and automation systems preferred.\nTechnical Skills\nKnowledge of electrical and electronic troubleshooting techniques.\nAbility to diagnose and repair automation equipment and control systems.\nAbility to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and documentation.\nExperience performing preventive maintenance and equipment calibration activities.\nProficiency with electronic test equipment, hand tools, computers, and material handling equipment.\nPhysical Requirements\nPhysical Requirements Level 3 - Medium WorkAbility to exert 20 to 50 pounds occasionally, 10 to 25 pounds frequently, and up to 10 pounds constantly.\nPhysical demands exceed those typically associated with Light Work.\nAbility to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks required to support manufacturing and maintenance operations.\n\nAdditional Requirements\nLicensed forklift operator required.\nAbility to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.\nStrong communication and teamwork skills with production personnel, engineers, and leadership teams.\nMust comply with all company safety, quality, and environmental policies and procedures.\nMust be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.\nWork Environment\nSupports a fast-paced manufacturing environment focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.\nResponsible for following all company policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.\nAdditional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as business needs require.\nIdeal Candidate\nA hands-on maintenance professional with experience in automation and manufacturing equipment who is eager to expand their skills in PLCs, drives, controls, servo systems, and advanced manufacturing technologies while supporting production and engineering teams.\nWhy Join Us?\nTo find purpose in the possibilities, we need people who can see the bigger picture, who understand the human story that underpins everything we do.
