It takes the imagination and passion of all of us-from design and engineering to the manufacturing and marketing of our billions of MedTech products per year-to look at the impossible and find transformative solutions that turn dreams into possibilities.\n\nJob Description\nJob Responsibilities:\nTransport palletized product within the distribution center (unload, put away double deep, bulk and full pallet pick, load, replenishment)\nOperate material handling equipment, including high reach, counterbalance, electric pallet jack, and dock stocker.\nUse RF Scanner and WMS to ensure inventory accuracy and track products throughout the site.\nEnsure product integrity while performing all tasks.\nFollow site safety procedures, including required PPE (safety vest, safety shoes).\nCross train and become knowledgeable in other areas. Provide backup support when required.\nEducation and Experience:\nHigh School Diploma or GED, preferred.\n1 year of relevant experience, required in lieu of High School Diploma or GED.\nIntermediate experience with either a high reach or counterbalance required.\nExperience with Manhattan WMS, preferred.\nKnowledge and Skills:\nAbility to obtain a forklift certification within 2 days of employment.\nAbility to read and interpret distribution documents in English.\nAbility to operate MHE and use an RF scanner.\nBasic analytical, organizational and prioritization skills.\nGeneral distribution knowledge.\nBasic computer skills.\nStrong initiative and drive for results.\nPhysical Demands:\nThe physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
