This role operates forklifts and other material handling equipment to safely and efficiently move inventory throughout the facility while following established quality, safety, and operational procedures.\nSchedule: Monday through Friday, 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nUnload inbound trucks, including intercompany deliveries and vendor shipments.\nLoad outbound trucks, including intercompany shipments and shipments to off-site warehouse locations.\nLocate and retrieve products and replenish picking locations using FEFO (First Expired, First Out) methodology.\nMove pallets safely and efficiently on the dock.\nAs required, physically stack or transfer product from larger sterilization pallets to standard pallets before moving product by forklift to the dock.\nComplete assigned duties safely and in a timely manner while following department standards and established procedures.\nMaintain the assigned work area in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).\nFollow Good Documentation Practices (GDP) as outlined in applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).\nMaintain a safety-first approach and follow proper operating practices and procedures designed to prevent workplace injuries and illnesses.\nPerform warehouse associate duties as needed.\nTrain new hires on RF functions.\nMaintain regular and reliable attendance.\nWear required safety shoes while performing the position.\nQualifications\nEducation and Experience\nHigh school diploma or GED, or a minimum of one year of consecutive relevant work experience.\nMinimum of one year of prior experience operating Material Handling Equipment (MHE), including reach trucks, with prior employer-provided MHE training and certification.\nMinimum of one year of experience using an RF scanner\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities\nAbility to work Monday through Friday, 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.\nAbility to read and interpret distribution documents.\nAbility to work with minimal direction.\nAbility to work effectively in a performance-driven environment where results are measured.\nAbility to remain focused and alert while performing assigned duties.\nAbility to work effectively with others.\nAbility to safely operate material handling equipment.\nGood verbal communication skills.\nBasic math skills.\nAbility to solve practical problems, interpret a variety of written and verbal instructions, and adapt to shifting priorities.\nReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position.\nPhysical Demands\nWhile performing this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, stand, stoop, kneel, balance, crouch, reach, push/pull, grasp, hear, twist, and lift.
