The following duties and responsibilities are intended to be representative of the work performed by the incumbent(s) in this position and are not all-inclusive. The omission of a specific duty or responsibility will not preclude it from the position.\n3rd Shift | Monday - Thursday | 8:00 PM - 6:30 AM\nDuties and Responsibilities\nInbound/Outbound/Inventory Movement\nInbound/Outbound shipments are to be loaded/unloaded using the WMS. Any discrepancy between the inventory count and shipping/receiving documents are researched by inventory control to ensure inventory reconciliation. Applicable OS&D processes are followed. \nEnsure every effort is made to load/off-load pallets in a manner that promotes safety and impedes damages.\nCompletes all assigned duties in a timely manner in accordance with department standards and following department procedures. \nLocates and retrieves products as well as replenishes picking locations.\nMaintains an acceptable work area as outlined in SOP and work instructions.\nResponsible for following Good Documentation Practices (GDP) as outlined in SOP.\nMust follow all safety instructions to maintain safe working conditions and to enforce to accurate operating practices and procedures designed to prevent injuries and illnesses. \nMay be required to perform other duties as assigned.\nMay be required to train new hires on various warehouse functions.\nMust adhere to attendance policies.\nRequired to maintain current status in C2C training modules. \nMHE\nMaterial handling equipment must be operated in a safe manner by designated associates only. All damage and/or maintenance issues must be reported immediately. \nEquipment must be kept neat and orderly in compliance with established procedures. \nSafety and Security\nAssociates are responsible for performing their job activities in a safe and reasonable manner and in accordance with safety requirements.\nAssist in maintaining the security of the warehouse and conduct all activities in a manner that promotes a safe environment. \nAll injuries, accidents, unsafe acts, hazards or conditions must be reported immediately. \nReport any suspicious persons or activity.\nQuality\nUnderstand organizational quality goals.\nSanitation and Housekeeping\nMaintain a clean and professional image. \nTo ensure the cleanliness of the facility, follow guidelines as outlined.\nThe associate must maintain a clean, neat and orderly work area at all times.\nHazmat Training\nThis associate may be provided with Hazmat training to include general awareness, function specific, security awareness, security plan and safety training.\nCross-training\nBecome knowledgeable with the responsibilities of the other warehouse positions. Assist as required. Act as back up at times of absence or vacation. \nJob Requirements\nHigh School diploma, GED or 1 year of relevant experience required.\nExperience with MHE. Including but not limited to Order Pickers, Reach Trucks, Counter Balance (slip and clamp), and Dock Stocker.\nForklift Certification required.\nGood verbal communication skills.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced distribution environment.\nAbility to read and interpret distribution documents.\nAbility to work well with others.\nAbility to work under minimal supervision.\nMay be required to operate MHE and use Voice/RF scanner.\nAbility to perform/operate in a metrics-driven environment.\nBasic analytical, organizational and prioritization skills. \nGeneral distribution knowledge.\nThe position will almost always have exposure to work near moving mechanical equipment. \nMust be able to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without accommodation.\nAccommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.\nEDUCATION\nHigh School diploma, GED or 1 year of relevant experience required.\nPhysical Demands\nThe physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The associate may occasionally be required to climb. The job may require lifting over 50lbs in some areas but not all. Employee must have normal field of vision corrected to 20/40 in each eye and must have hearing sufficient to safely operate a forklift in a manufacturing/warehouse environment.
