This role is pivotal in driving innovation, market expansion, and clinical adoption of vascular access solutions that improve patient outcomes and healthcare efficiency.\nYou will collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory, Operations, and regional marketing teams to define and execute product strategies aligned with the mission to advance the world of health™. Your leadership will ensure BD's PICC portfolio remains clinically relevant, competitively positioned, and responsive to evolving customer needs across global markets.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelop and execute global product strategies and marketing plans for the PICC portfolio.\n\nLead new product development initiatives from concept through commercialization.\n\nAnalyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.\n\nPartner with regional teams to support product launches, training, and promotional activities.\n\nDrive portfolio optimization, including product line rationalization and lifecycle management.\n\nEnsure compliance with global regulatory requirements and quality standards.\n\nMonitor financial performance and identify opportunities for growth and margin improvement.\n\nMinimum Education and Experience Required:\nBachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or life sciences; MBA preferred.\n\nAt least 5 years of product management experience, including exposure to market trend analysis, customer insights, and competitive landscape assessments.\n\nProven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed global organization.\n\nExcellent communication, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.\n\nAbility to travel up to 25%\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nMasters Degree\nModerate understanding of vascular access, infusion therapy, or related clinical environments.\nExperience in Medical Devices, Healthcare, or Life Science\nAt BD, we prioritize on-site collaboration because we believe it fosters creativity, innovation, and effective problem-solving, which are essential in the fast-paced healthcare industry.
