It takes the imagination and passion of all of us-from design and engineering to the manufacturing and marketing of our billions of MedTech products per year-to look at the impossible and find transformative solutions that turn dreams into possibilities.\n\nJob Description\nResponsibilities:\nPerform preventative maintenance on various pieces of equipment per schedule and document all preventative maintenance.\nProvide building and clean room (Class 10,000) maintenance Communicate and arrange with vendors to provide maintenance services of equipment, building, HVAC, lighting, etc.\nMaintains equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed equipment, parts, and supplies; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt.\nTroubleshoots processes and equipment; develop and implement corrective action.\nCompletes detailed repair reports for production equipment.\nSupports and assists in the development of continuous improvement programs and participates in the implementation of these programs throughout the facility as required\nControls downtime by informing management and production workers of routine preventive maintenance activities.\nUses power tools to fabricate or alter or adjust parts or components.\nThe ability to work overtime as needed\nOther duties as assigned.\nQualifications:\n1-3 years of experience in mechanical repair and maintenance of complex manufacturing equipment.\nHigh school diploma or GED preferred or equivalent of more than 5 years of experience.\nForklift certification with a minimum of one (1) year of experience utilizing equipment to move heavy objects and materials (Pallet Jack, dollies, etc...) preferred\nBasic knowledge of applicable GMP and ISO regulations and Federal and State Environmental and Occupational Safety and Health Regulations (e.g., EPA, OSHA, MassDEP)\nStrong Mechanical aptitude required\nBasic knowledge of complex equipment using PLC controls\nBasic Knowledge of HVAC systems as applied to cleanrooms\nKnowledge of environmental controls\nEffective verbal and written communication skills\nThorough understanding of MS office\nWhy Join Us?\nTo find purpose in the possibilities, we need people who can see the bigger picture, who understand the human story that underpins everything we do.
