It takes the imagination and passion of all of us-from design and engineering to the manufacturing and marketing of our billions of MedTech products per year-to look at the impossible and find transformative solutions that turn dreams into possibilities.\n\nJob Description\nResponsibilities\nPerform Machine Maintenance\nFollow the posted schedule for Lines due for PM.\nUse SAP to access the required maintenance tasks for scheduled PM's.\nClean, inspect and lubricate machine components based on PM schedule.\nRepair or replace machine components to ensure reliable machine performance.\nRebuild machines or machine subassemblies to ensure correct functionality.\nPerform other maintenance tasks as designated by Maintenance leader.\nUse SAP to mark tasks as complete after maintenance.\nHelp the team achieve 100% maintenance compliance to schedule.\nServe as SME for equipment maintenance\nAssist the team in reviewing maintenance task lists to improve the effectiveness of the maintenance process.\nGuide technicians to perform maintenance tasks when they participate in maintenance activities.\nTrain technicians to repair and rebuild machine components and subassemblies.\nMinimum Requirement:\nHigh School Diploma or GED\n3 years in a technical position in an industrial setting\nWhy Join Us?\nTo find purpose in the possibilities, we need people who can see the bigger picture, who understand the human story that underpins everything we do.
