Complete quality checks on at the frequency needed. Ensures compliance with BD quality systems, policies, procedures and best practices, and all local, state, federal and BD safety regulations, policies and procedures. Regular, punctual attendance is an essential job function. Ability to read and write and converse in English and/or Spanish. Willing and able to uphold BD Values.\nDuties/Responsibilities\nAssignments may be in ISM/Sterilizer/Inspection, Plunger Rod/Flow Wrappers, Multi Vac/Case Pak \nContinually monitor operations for product quality and equipment performance. \nMake adjustments to equipment as needed to maintain process quality and productivity. \nPerform or assist with product or equipment changeovers. \nAssist line technicians or setter/operators with equipment repair or trouble shooting. \nKeep machinery, work area and floors neat and orderly and comply with GMP requirements. \nPerform quality inspections, process tests and record data accurately as required. \nCommunicate with utilities or department scheduling group to maintain minimal material inventory levels. \nWork as team member to develop optimal task methods. \nOther duties as required to support the needs of the business \nEducation/Educación:\nHigh School diploma/GED preferred \nIn lieu of High School diploma/GED, two years manufacturing experience is required \nExperience/Experiencia:\nNone required \nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities\nAbility to keep and maintain detailed documentation/communication - Proficient \nTeamwork - Proficient \nOrganization skills - Basic \nWhy Join Us?\nTo find purpose in the possibilities, we need people who can see the bigger picture, who understand the human story that underpins everything we do.
