This role serves as the bridge between Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Information Technology teams to ensure quality requirements are effectively translated into system functionality and data-driven business processes.\nThe successful candidate will leverage their expertise in quality systems, SAP Quality Management, and process improvement to drive ERP integration initiatives, support business transformation projects, improve compliance, and enhance operational effectiveness across the organization.\nKey Responsibilities\nSAP Quality Management (QM) Support & Optimization\nServe as the subject matter expert (SME) for SAP Quality Management (QM) processes and functionality.\n\nConfigure, maintain, and improve SAP QM master data and process workflows including:\nInspection Planning\n\nInspection Lots\n\nQuality Notifications\n\nQuality Certificates\n\nResults Recording\n\nUsage Decisions\n\nSupplier Quality Management\n\nSupport integration of SAP QM with:\nMaterials Management (MM)\n\nProduction Planning (PP)\n\nWarehouse Management (WM/EWM)\n\nSales and Distribution (SD)\n\nPlant Maintenance (PM)\n\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.\n\nERP Integration & Digital Transformation\nLead and support ERP integration projects involving quality systems and business processes.\n\nParticipate in SAP implementation, upgrade, validation, migration, and enhancement projects.\n\nSupport the deployment of SAP S/4HANA quality management capabilities and best practices.\n\nDevelop functional specifications and partner with technical teams on system enhancements.\n\nEvaluate opportunities to automate quality processes through ERP capabilities and digital solutions.\n\nQuality Systems & Compliance\nEnsure SAP quality processes support applicable regulatory and quality management system requirements.\n\nPartner with Quality Assurance teams to align ERP workflows with:\nISO 9001\n\nGMP/GxP requirements\n\nFDA regulations (as applicable)\n\nIndustry-specific quality standards\n\nSupport audit readiness activities and provide documentation related to ERP-controlled quality processes.\n\nMaintain data integrity and compliance within SAP quality-related records.\n\nProcess Improvement & Analytics\nAnalyze quality and operational data to identify improvement opportunities.\n\nDrive standardization of quality processes across functional areas and sites.\n\nValidation & Testing\nDevelop and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) protocols for SAP QM enhancements and integrations.\n\nSupport system validation activities, including:\nRequirements documentation\n\nRisk assessments\n\nTest script development\n\nValidation execution\n\nChange control documentation\n\nEnsure all system changes comply with company quality and validation procedures.\n\nTraining & Stakeholder Support\nTrain end users on SAP QM functionality and business processes.\n\nDevelop standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and training materials.\n\nProvide Level 2/Level 3 functional support for quality-related SAP issues.\n\nAct as a liaison between Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, and IT teams.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.\n\nExperience\nMinimum 5 years of professional experience in Quality Engineering, Quality Systems, Manufacturing Quality, ERP Systems, or related fields.\n\nMinimum 5 years of SAP experience, including hands-on experience with SAP Quality Management (QM).\n\nExperience participating in SAP implementation, enhancement, migration, or support projects.\n\nExperience working within regulated manufacturing or quality-driven environments.\n\nTechnical Skills\nStrong knowledge of SAP Quality Management (QM) module.\n\nUnderstanding of SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA architecture and integration points.\n\nFamiliarity with SAP MM, PP, EWM/WM, SD, and PM modules.\n\nExperience with reporting and analytics tools such as SAP Fiori, SAP BW, Power BI, or similar platforms.\n\nStrong understanding of ERP validation and change management processes.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or transformations.\n\nExperience supporting FDA-regulated, medical device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or manufacturing environments.\n\nKnowledge of Computer System Validation (CSV) and GxP requirements.\n\nCompetencies\nStrong role is $ 95,900.00 - 153,400.00 USD Annual plus incentives.
