This role owns key supply chain metrics including OTIF, backorders, inventory, DIOH, and E&O while maintaining appropriate safety stock levels to support customer demand.\nThe position also serves as a reporting and analytics resource for the planning organization, developing dashboards, reports, and KPI visibility tools that drive data-driven decision making and process improvement. This role partners closely with Commercial, Order Management, Distribution Centers, Manufacturing Sites, and Global Supply Planning teams to optimize service and inventory performance across the network.\nKey Responsibilities\nExecute inventory deployment and replenishment plans to ensure product availability and service level targets are achieved.\nManage regional inventory levels, safety stock parameters, and replenishment strategies.\nMonitor and drive performance against OTIF, backorder, inventory, DIOH, and E&O targets.\nIdentify supply risks and implement mitigation plans to minimize customer impact.\nDevelop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI scorecards using Power BI, Excel, and SAP data.\nServe as a reporting and analytics SME, driving standardization and automation across planning processes.\nPartner cross-functionally with Commercial, Order Management, Distribution Centers, Manufacturing Sites, and Supply Chain teams to resolve supply and inventory challenges.\nProvide planning support across multiple regions as business needs require.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives, process standardization, and supply chain transformation projects.\nRequired Qualifications\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.\nExperience\n1-3 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Inventory Planning, Deployment Planning, Replenishment Planning, or a related field.\nExperience working with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and supply chain planning systems.\nExperience with data analysis, reporting, and KPI management.\nSkills\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel and Power BI skills.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills.\nAbility to work effectively across cross-functional teams.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nSystems-first mindset with a focus on leveraging technology and automation.\nHighly coachable with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in medical device, diagnostics, life sciences, or other regulated industries.\nKnowledge of deployment planning, DRP, inventory optimization, and supply chain KPIs.\nExperience with SAP APO, SAP IBP, or other advanced planning tools.\nExperience developing automated reports and dashboards.\nKey Success Measures\nAchievement of OTIF and service level targets.\nReduction in backorders and inventory-related risks.\nInventory, DIOH, and E&O performance.\nAdoption and effectiveness of reporting and dashboard tools.\nCross-functional collaboration and stakeholder satisfaction.\nContribution to process improvement and planning standardization initiatives.\nWhy Join Us?\nTo find purpose in the possibilities, we need people who can see the bigger picture, who understand the human story that underpins everything we do.
