Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebs, Steuerung externer Dienstleister, Betreuung interner Kunden, Umsetzung von Kostenoptimierungsmaßnahmensowie Mitarbeit an Infrastruktur-, Nachhaltigkeits- und Verbesserungsprojekten.Zusätzlich Verantwortung für Fleet-Management-Systeme,Mobilfunkausstattung und zugehörige Reporting- und Abrechnungsprozesse.\nIhre Aufgaben\nVerantwortung für das betriebliche Fuhrparkmanagement (ca. 300 Fahrzeuge)\n\nSteuerung von Leasing-, Service- und Mobilitätsdienstleistern\n\nWeiterentwicklung der Fleet- und Mobility-Prozesse sowie Unterstützung der Elektrifizierungsstrategie\n\nBetreuung administrativer Standortservices (z. B. Empfang, interne Services, Mobilfunk und optional Ausbildung tech. Auszubildender)\n\nAnsprechpartner für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte in allen Fleet- und Site-Service-Themen\n\nSteuerung von Kostenoptimierungs- und Effizienzprojekten\n\nErstellung relevanter Kennzahlen und Reports\n\nMitarbeit in standortbezogenen Infrastruktur- und Verbesserungsprojekten\n\nIhr Profil\nAbgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung (z.
