The role acts as the central coordination point between Supply Chain, Procurement, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, R&D, Operations, and external suppliers to ensure supply chain resilience and compliance with current and emerging regulatory requirements. This role aligns with BD Rowa's strategic focus on supply chain robustness, supplier risk management, business continuity planning, and compliance governance.\nYour Mission\nBe the central force keeping BD Rowa's supply chain resilient, compliant, and future-ready. You will own three critical pillars - Supplier Risk Management, Business Continuity Planning, and Product Compliance Governance - and connect the dots across Supply Chain, Procurement, Operation and external partners.\nThis is a role for someone who thrives on complexity, acts with authority without always having it, and turns regulatory and risk challenges into structured, actionable programs.\nWhat You'll Drive\nProduct Compliance Governance\nTrack and translate upcoming regulatory requirements into supplier and material actions (RoHS, PPWR, WEEE, TSCA/TCPH, ESG, Responsible Sourcing) \nLead cross-functional compliance risk assessments and mitigation plans \nEnsure timely reporting and governance across all compliance activities \nSupplier Risk Management\nOwn and evolve the BD Rowa Supplier Risk Management framework \nLead risk assessments (supply, geopolitical, financial, regulatory) and management reporting \nDrive mitigation actions: dual sourcing, inventory strategies, supplier development \nMonitor external risk signals and coordinate disruption responses \nBusiness Continuity Planning\nOwn the Supply Chain BCP program end-to-end \nCoordinate Business Impact Analyses and continuity/recovery plans \nLead periodic reviews, testing, and crisis preparedness activities \nWhat You Bring\nDegree in Supply Chain, Business, Procurement, or related field \nProven experience in at least one of: Supplier Risk, Supply Chain, BCP, Product Compliance, or Regulatory - ideally in a regulated industry (MedTech, pharma, automotive, or similar) \nStrong analytical skills with a structured, hands-on approach \nAbility to lead cross-functional topics and influence without authority \nConfident communicator at both management and specialist levels \nFluent in German and English \nWhy Join Us?\nTo find purpose in the possibilities, we need people who can see the bigger picture, who understand the human story that underpins everything we do.
