It takes the imagination and passion of all of us-from design and engineering to the manufacturing and marketing of our billions of MedTech products per year-to look at the impossible and find transformative solutions that turn dreams into possibilities.\n\nJob Description\nPosition Summary\nThe Senior Manager, Global Supply Chain Optimization & Process Excellence will lead end-to-end (E2E) supply chain process improvement, project delivery, and global inventory optimization initiatives across the business unit.\nThis role will lead multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously, managing deliverables, engaging cross-functional teams, communicating progress, and driving successful implementation and adoption. The Senior Manager will promote a culture of continuous improvement by establishing standard work processes, identifying opportunities to improve business processes and data utilization, and partnering across functions to drive sustainable change.\nThe Senior Manager will also lead global inventory optimization efforts, ensuring execution of standard processes that support net working capital, service-level, and inventory objectives across the business unit.\nKey Responsibilities\nE2E Supply Chain Process Improvement\nAnalyze existing business processes, data requirements, and dashboard utilization to identify process improvement opportunities.\nDevelop, document, implement, and maintain standardized work processes across the global supply chain.\nCollaborate with stakeholders across Commercial, Finance, Regional Supply Chain, Global Supply Chain, and Operations to identify and address barriers, risks, and issues impacting E2E Supply Chain Planning.\nDrive process alignment and harmonization across the business unit.\nDevelop and execute change management plans to support the adoption and evolution of process improvement strategies.\nPartner with Technical teams to successfully deliver continuous improvement initiatives.\nLead training to support organizational alignment and adoption of continuous improvement processes.\nEnsure E2E process improvement initiatives align with and support the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process.\nMonitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented solutions.\nProvide verbal and written process improvement updates to leadership.\nGlobal Supply Chain Project Management\nLead key projects from initiation through completion, ensuring on-time delivery against defined scope, requirements, and functionality.\nCollaborate with Global Supply Chain, Regional Supply Chain, project teams, and cross-functional partners to successfully execute project work.\nLead projects through implementation, testing, and operational readiness, driving utilization and adoption of product lifecycle management, technical, and E2E Global Supply Chain initiatives.\nIdentify, escalate, and resolve project barriers, risks, and issues.\nManage stakeholder expectations and maintain effective communication among project teams, cross-functional partners, and leadership.\nMaintain required project documentation and execute change management plans to support successful implementation and adoption.\nPartner with Technical teams to deliver projects and continuous improvement initiatives.\nLead training to support organizational alignment and adoption of key projects.\nProvide verbal and written project status updates to leadership.\nLeverage project management tools, including the Agile Project Management Tool, to support project delivery and adoption.\nGlobal Inventory Optimization\nDevelop and implement global inventory strategy processes aligned with the MEIO model and strategic initiatives.\nBuild and deliver the monthly Inventory Roadmap to support quarterly inventory budget and financial projections.\nFacilitate the use and implementation of statistical inventory tools and optimize safety stock settings across the global supply chain.\nEstablish target inventory levels and inventory mix to support management objectives for service levels, backorder incidence and duration, and inventory Days Inventory Outstanding (DIO) goals.\nDrive E2E lead-time compression initiatives.\nEnsure robust Excess & Obsolete (E&O) inventory review processes are maintained across global regions while promoting a zero-waste approach.\nDrive plant Raw Material and Work in Process (WIP) inventory roadmaps and reduction initiatives.\nSupport Global Supply Chain Planning teams, plants, and Operations with tools and processes to optimize Raw Material, WIP, and Finished Goods inventory.\nDrive improvements in Raw Material, WIP, and Finished Goods inventory value, including E&O reductions.\nFacilitate monthly regional and plant inventory reviews and ensure action plans are developed to address deviations from committed plans.\nCompetencies\nStrong situational awareness and facilitation skills\nAbility to influence stakeholders within and outside the supply chain organization\nStrong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills\nDemonstrated leadership capabilities\nGlobal mindset and customer-centric approach\nStrong understanding of end-to-end business and supply chain processes\nStrong business knowledge and organizational credibility\nDemonstrated project management skills with a record of successful delivery\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Operations, or a related discipline\n7-10 years of supply chain, planning, and/or manufacturing experience\nDemonstrated experience with inventory optimization tools, such as Llamasoft\nDemonstrated experience with ERP systems, such as JDE or SAP\nPreferred Qualifications\nMBA or MS in a relevant discipline\nAPICS certification, such as CPIM or CSCP, or IBF certification, such as CPF or ACPF Candidates without certification at the time of hire must obtain the applicable certification within the first three years\nKinaxis or other supply chain management tools experience\nWork
