You will be responsible forleading software engineers to plan, build, integrate, test, and deliver software capabilities across a portfolio of software subsystems. This role combines hands-on technical leadership, peopleleadership, and execution accountability. You will work closely with software architects, product management, systems engineering, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, program management, and remote software teams to ensure the final product meets user needs, business objectives, quality standards, schedule commitments, and applicable medical device regulatory requirements. You will be a mentor for the team, a bridge across software and cross-functional teams, and a practicing engineer who remainsengaged in design reviews, code reviews, troubleshooting, and technical decision-making.\nThe Senior Staff Software Engineer brings a strong problem-solving mindset, with the ability to analyze ambiguous technical and execution challenges, identifypractical options, drive decisions, and follow through to resolution.
