This role ensures compliance with GMP, FDA, and safety regulations while maintaining high levels of reliability and efficiency across all facility operations.\nKey Responsibilities\nOversee operation and maintenance of critical utilities, including HVAC, WFI systems, clean steam, compressed air, chilled water, and electrical systems.\n\nEnsure facility systems comply with GMP, FDA, and regulatory standards.\n\nLead preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and uptime.\n\nSupport and manage capital projects, including equipment upgrades, facility expansions, and system installations.\n\nCollaborate with manufacturing, quality, validation, and maintenance teams to ensure uninterrupted production.\n\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives focused on energy efficiency, reliability, and cost reduction.\n\nProvide technical leadership in troubleshooting and root cause analysis of facility-related issues.\n\nSupport equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) and validation activities for facility systems.\n\nMaintain documentation, SOPs, and engineering standards aligned with compliance requirements.\n\nManage contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure quality and timely execution of work.\n\nEnsure compliance with EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) standards and promote a safe working environment.\n\nProject Management\n\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.\n\n5+ years of experience in facilities engineering, preferably in pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing.\n\nStrong knowledge of GMP, FDA regulations, and validation processes.\n\nExperience with critical systems such as cleanrooms, HVAC, WFI, and utilities.\n\nProven experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration.\n\nStrong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.\n\nKnowledge of CMMS systems and maintenance planning.\n\nCertification in project management or facilities engineering (e.g., PMP, CFM) is a plus.\n\nWhy Join Us?\nTo find purpose in the possibilities, we need people who can see the bigger picture, who understand the human story that underpins everything we do.
