Success in this role means influencing cross-functional stakeholders, leading commercialization initiatives, and translating complex challenges into actionable strategies that deliver measurable business results. You thrive in a fast-paced, global matrix environment where collaboration, innovation, and customer-centric thinking are key to accelerating market impact.\nMinimum Requirements:\nBachelor’s Degree\nAt least 6 years of marketing experience within a complex, global corporate environment\nExperience leading product commercialization, new product launches, and end-to-end lifecycle management\nExperience in developing and executing go-to-market plans, including segmentation, positioning, messaging, launch readiness, and commercial enablement\nCustomer-focused, curious, and driven by results\nComfortable navigating ambiguity and turning ideas into action\nAbility to travel up to 30%\nPreferred Qualifications\nMasters Degree/MBA\nMedTech experience highly preferred\nAt BD, we prioritize on-site collaboration because we believe it fosters creativity, innovation, and effective problem-solving, which are essential in the fast-paced healthcare industry.
