With up to 90% of inpatients requiring some form of infusion therapy, our products are crucial in ensuring IV therapy is delivered safely and effectively.\nPosition Summary:\nWe are seeking a dynamic, and customer -minded Senior Product Manager to lead our future portfolio activities for the Alaris Systems Dedicated sets. This portfolio represent ~$680M in global revenue with mid-single-digit growth expectations.\nThis is a critical role in scope and impact, with accountability to Senior Director WWIPD for customer and market insight, competitive intelligence, portfolio roadmap and cross-functional leadership. You will serve as the leader for the dedicated sets portfolio that serves the needs of patients and healthcare workers across care settings.\nKey responsibilities:\nBusiness Leadership\nAnalyses market, customers, competitive dynamics, and translates into potential product improvements.\nIdentifies market segments, targeting, product positioning, value propositions and pricing strategies.\nCross-Functional & External Collaboration\nLead a cross-functional team with R&D, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Regional Sales and other internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and flawless product pipeline execution. \nParticipates to projects forum as a marketing core team member, driving product management excellence\nMarket & Customer Insight\nDevelop deep customer insights and external market trends, ensuring alignment with business priorities and regional stakeholders. \nDelivers product improvement suggestions aligned with WWIPD priorities and Senior Director, while driving continuous improvement in product management excellence processes. \nMonitor market dynamics, competitive activity, clinical evidence, and regulatory guidelines to identify potential growth opportunities. \nEngage directly with customers to understand clinical and economic needs, becoming a strong advocate for customer-centric decision-making. \nDevelops global launch plans for new product introductions, collaborating with regional marketing and marketing managers teams to align on go-to-market strategies (i.e. channel, pricing, promotions etc.). Defines and monitors KPIs.\nViewed as a subject matter expert and product advocate for all aspects of the assigned portfolio (performance, claims, etc.)\nSkills & Competencies\nExecutional Excellence \nHigh degree of personal accountability, results orientation, and integrity. \nStrong prioritization and time management skills with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes environments. \nLeadership & Communication \nAdvanced communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and persuasively. \nProven ability of indirect leadership and of building, and inspiring high-performing teams. \nComfortable navigating ambiguity and leading through uncertainty. \nCommunicates to the Leadership Team and other governance forums on projects’ progress, potential issues, acceleration, and risk mitigation opportunities\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a Technical field (MBA a plus) \n3-5 years of progressive experience in marketing and product management\nProven leadership in the medical device or healthcare industry strongly preferred \nDemonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and driving Innovation excellence \nStrong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills \nHigh integrity, resilience, and a growth mindset \nPrevious experience in regional or global marketing roles within the medical device or healthcare industry. \nAt BD, we prioritize on-site collaboration because we believe it fosters creativity, innovation, and effective problem-solving, which are essential in the fast-paced healthcare industry.
