transformative solutions that turn dreams into possibilities.\n\nJob Description\nJob Responsibilities:\nAssist with supplier performance monitoring, including obtaining supplier data, surveys, certifications, and other required information and coordinating follow-up communication with suppliers.\nGather, compile, and trend supplier quality data, including supplier-related nonconformances, quality issues, field actions, complaints, and other applicable performance information.\nPrepare clear, accurate, and professional written communications, summaries, trackers, and documentation for suppliers and internal stakeholders.\nSupport Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs) by tracking supplier responses, corrective actions, due dates, and completion status and following up on outstanding activities.\nReview, organize, and maintain supplier quality documentation, including certifications, audit documentation, part qualification records, supplier evaluations, and other applicable supplier records.\nCreate and maintain supplier records within applicable quality systems and databases, ensuring documentation is complete, accurate, and current.\nSupport supplier qualification, approval, and periodic evaluation activities by gathering, organizing, and maintaining required supplier documentation.\nSupport preparation for supplier audits and assessments by gathering supplier records, quality history, performance data, and other applicable documentation.\nTrack corrective actions resulting from supplier audits, assessments, supplier quality issues, and other supplier-related activities.\nAssist with investigations and corrective actions associated with deviations, nonconformances, and other quality issues involving supplier-provided materials or services.\nSupport root cause investigation activities by gathering records, data, supplier information, and other documentation needed to evaluate supplier-related quality issues.\nSupport maintenance and monitoring of supplier quality agreements, including tracking agreement status, review dates, and required documentation.\nMaintain supplier quality metrics, trackers, reports, and dashboards used to monitor supplier performance and quality activities.\nParticipate in supplier quality improvement initiatives, cross-functional quality meetings, training activities, and other continuous improvement projects.\nPerform assigned activities in accordance with applicable procedures, quality system requirements, safety requirements, and company policies, including applicable RCRA hazardous waste handling requirements.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nEducation and Experience:\nHigh school diploma or GED.\nTwo or more years of experience in a quality, supplier quality, laboratory, or other relevant technical role.\nKnowledge of Quality Assurance practices, quality documentation, and sampling methods.\nStrong written communication skills, including the ability to clearly, accurately, and professionally document quality information, summarize data and findings, and communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.\nAbility to organize and manage multiple assignments, priorities, and due dates.\nPreferred qualifications include:\nExperience in Quality Assurance or Supplier Quality in a high-speed or regulated manufacturing environment.\nFamiliarity with supplier qualification, supplier performance monitoring, SCARs, nonconformance investigations, audits, part qualification, and corrective action processes.\nExperience using quality systems, enterprise resource planning systems, databases, and applicable company systems, such as SAP and Datalan.\nExperience gathering, trending, and presenting quality or supplier performance data.\nExperience with testing and measurement equipment.\nBasic Knowledge and Skills:\nWritten Communication: Demonstrates excellent written communication skills and prepares clear, concise, accurate, and professional quality records, summaries, and correspondence.\nDocumentation Accuracy: Applies strong attention to detail when completing, reviewing, and maintaining quality records and supplier documentation.\nOrganization and Follow-Through: Effectively manages multiple tasks, tracks due dates, and follows up on outstanding supplier and quality activities.\nProblem Solving: Applies basic knowledge of root cause analysis, nonconformance, and corrective action processes.\nData Management: Collects, organizes, trends, and presents supplier quality and performance data clearly and accurately.\nCollaboration: Communicates professionally and works effectively with suppliers and cross-functional stakeholders.\nContinuous Improvement: Supports identification and implementation of practical process and quality improvements.\nTechnical Proficiency: Effectively uses quality
