This position uses RF scanning and material-handling equipment and requires accuracy, attention to safety and quality, and the ability to work within established procedures in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.\nJob Description\nResponsibilities\nPick and accurately count cases for customer orders.\nStack cases and build pallets according to order requirements.\nUse RF scanners to process and track orders and materials.\nOperate material-handling equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, conveyors, handcarts, power trucks, and other equipment as required.\nMove materials, parts, finished products, and goods throughout the warehouse.\nSupport shipping and receiving activities.\nMaintain applicable warehouse records and documentation.\nPerform routine tasks using established processes, procedures, and SOPs.\nFollow established safety and quality guidelines.\nDevelop skills in basic warehouse processes, techniques, and procedures.\nWork under general to limited supervision.\n2nd Shift M-F 2:30PM - 10:30PM\nMinimum Qualifications\nHigh School Diploma or GED.\nEffective communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly with coworkers, Team Leads, and Supervisors.\nAbility to read, write, interpret, and comprehend documents written in English and perform basic math calculations.\nGeneral computer skills.\nAbility to work in a metrics-driven environment.\nAbility to obtain and/or maintain required licenses, training, or certifications as needed.\nApplicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the US. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment Visa at this time.\nPreferred Qualifications\nWarehouse or related experience and/or training.\nBasic skills or training in an operational process area such as material handling and management, logistics, or manufacturing production.\nPhysical Demands & Work Environment\nThe physical demands described are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. Employees may work near moving mechanical parts and be exposed to extreme weather conditions and vibration. Occasional exposure to high or precarious places and fumes or airborne particles may occur.\nThe work environment can be hot during the summer months with no air conditioning and cold during the winter months with limited heating.
