You will also be called upon to facilitate virtual and in-person sessions depending on project requirements.\nAs part of project management activities, you will be responsible for building trusted relationships to influence stakeholders in decision-making, prioritization of objectives and the integration of initiatives across multiple parties. As a member of the Human Resources team, you will also contribute to our talent offering while ensuring alignment and consistency between all initiatives, key HR projects, our culture and expected behaviours.\nCHALLENGES TO BE MET\nCollaborate cross-functionally with various stakeholders across the organization to proactively enhance our current learning and development offering while ensuring an exceptional and standardized employee experience.\nAnalyze development needs, design, deploy and measure the impact of learning strategies that are practical and adapted to our organizational context, in collaboration with subject matter experts.\nLeverage artificial intelligence and emerging technologies to improve the efficiency, personalization and impact of learning strategies and solutions.\nFacilitate engaging virtual and in-person workshops while applying adult learning best practices.\nBuild trusted relationships based on your credibility and strong interpersonal skills to influence leaders on strategy, decision-making and the prioritization of objectives.\nEstablish effective project governance by ensuring decisions are made at the appropriate level and by engaging the right stakeholders based on project complexity.\nDemonstrate a strategic and holistic perspective to identify the potential impacts of your interventions, measure the effectiveness of solutions and adapt approaches to evolving business needs.\nAdvise internal partners in a constantly evolving environment. Proactively manage a network of external partners and vendors to deliver targeted initiatives.\nContribute to the evolution of the practice by staying current on emerging trends and approaches in learning, development and organizational development.\nAct as a resource person and mentor to more junior team members, as required.\nWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Learning and Development or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A master's degree is considered an asset.\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, including the design, development and deployment of organizational learning programs in a large corporate environment.
