Reporting to the Associate Director of Revenue & Finance Operations, the Analyst will have the opportunity to shape and improve the Financial & Revenue Operations function for the company.\nCore Responsibilities\nMonth-End Close & OMS/Billing Operations\n\nManage billing across multiple revenue streams (digital, event, and print) while tracking against multiple deadlines, stakeholders, and parallel responsibilities\n\nOwner of monthly OMS actualization, which feeds all financial reporting and revenue results\n\nMaintain financial systems, while ensuring data cleanliness and integrity\n\nLiaise with Accounting and internal teams to ensure accurate billing, revenue recognition, and reporting\n\nPerform QA processes on delivery data for monthly billing\n\nReconcile billing activity from the Order Management System to NetSuite\n\nFacilitate communications between sales and leadership regarding invoicing\n\nLiaise with and delegate to outsourced teams regarding IO and OMS accuracy\n\nMonitor deal and contract activity for impacts to revenue reporting and/or billing\n\nRevenue Reporting\n\nCommunicate directly with leadership on forecast movements\n\nReport on and maintain forecast and revenue accuracy in the OMS\n\nManage the influx of revenue reporting requests from Sales\n\nCreate and distribute revenue reporting and sales analytics to leadership\n\nProvide ad hoc, client-facing reporting to the Account Management team and/or directly to clients and agencies\n\nBuild and create dashboards and reporting tools to address and anticipate future reporting needs\n\nStrategic Business Partner\n\nLead sales-centric initiatives (e.g., Path to Goal, Sales Summit reporting)\n\nAdvise and strategize on efficient reporting processes to drive business decisions and sales strategy\n\nReport on revenue by brand and/or specific product offerings to feed P&L statements to drive business decisions\n\nProvide stats on invoicing initiatives and timing for accurate cash forecasting\n\nPerform project and COGS accounting, including monthly actualization, analysis vs. budget, and leadership reporting\n\nServe as a core contact for internal teams, including sales, Account Managers, & Planners regarding the OMS, contracts, forecasting, and billing\n\nCollaborate with the experiential team to populate the event P&L\n\nAd Hoc Projects\n\nSupport audits and improve NetSuite reporting\n\nSupport technical projects regarding financial systems and API connections\n\nFacilitate quarterly commission payout program and prepare statements\n\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant work experience in an analytical role.\n\nProficient in Excel and data analytics.\n\nMust have strong attention to detail and accuracy, along with an ability to think strategically and creatively in financial and operational scenarios.\n\nFlexible and resourceful when working in a small company environment.\n\nStrong systems knowledge and ability to learn new systems.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication
