You'll provide support across devices, Microsoft 365, Teams, meeting room technology, onboarding and offboarding, while partnering with local stakeholders and BDO Australia's national IT teams to create a seamless digital workplace experience.\nKey responsibilities include:\nProviding face-to-face IT support across our North Queensland offices.\nSupporting devices, Microsoft 365, Teams and meeting room technology.\nCoordinating onboarding, offboarding and user administration.\nAssisting with local technology projects and continuous improvement initiatives.\nManaging technology assets, documentation and governance requirements.\nSupporting SharePoint, collaboration platforms and digital workplace solutions.\nDriving adoption of new technologies, including AI and digital productivity tools.\nWhat you will bring to our team\nWe’re looking for a passionate IT professional who enjoys solving problems, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service. Whether you're nearing completion of your studies in Information Technology or a related discipline, or you've already gained hands-on experience supporting users in a professional environment, we'd love to hear from you.\nSpecific areas, systems and tools you will be working with include:\nExperience providing face-to-face IT support within a corporate or professional services environment.\nStrong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows devices, Teams and workplace collaboration technologies.\nExperience supporting device deployment, onboarding, offboarding and user administration activities.\nExposure to meeting room technology, audio-visual systems and hybrid meeting support.\nExperience working with IT service management and ticketing systems, with an understanding of ITIL practices.\nStrong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, networking and end-user technologies.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support people at all levels of the business.\nA proactive and customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.\nStrong organisational skills and attention to detail, including maintaining accurate records, asset information and documentation.\nA collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively across teams, stakeholders and vendors.\nA passion for technology, continuous improvement, digital innovation and emerging tools such as AI.\nMost importantly, you'll be someone who embodies our values, takes pride in delivering exceptional service and is excited about helping create a modern, connected and productive workplace for our people.\nWhy BDO?\nWorking for BDO you will be part of a growing and market leading professional services firm.
