That is why our slogan is 'Let's Grow Together'!\nWhat will you be doing?\nAs an Internal Audit Manager in Risk Advisory, you’ll be at the forefront of helping organizations navigate complex risk landscapes, ensuring their strategies and operations align with their goals. You‘ll be working on several risk and control related services such as Internal Audit and Internal Control. You will be working from the Zaventem office being part of the Risk Advisory department (50 people in Belgium); and working in the Business Risk team.\nYour Key Responsibilities:\nExecute & report on risk-based internal audits, providing clients with practical, value-driven advice;\nSupport your clients in optimizing their internal control frameworks, providing pragmatic and practical solutions and considering automation where possible;\nTake responsibility for the entire project, and the quality of work of the whole team;\nManage multiple concurrent projects with transparency, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication;\nDrive innovation by introducing fresh ideas in project execution and product development;\nBeing a trusted relationship manager for your clients. Collaborate with clients to gain a thorough understanding of their context;\nActively think about BDO’s business & product development, market trends, and formulate suggestions for improvement;\nServe as a mentor and trusted advisor to junior team members, empowering them to excel;\nSupport team efficiency by ensuring knowledge sharing.\nWhat do you bring to the table?\nEducational Background: Master's degree in business administration, Law, Economics, Management, Finance, or a related field.\nExperience: Minimum 6 years of experience in Internal Audit, Internal Control, External Audit or a similar field.\n Skills & Expertise:\nFamiliarity with internal audit standards (IIA) and risk frameworks (COSO, ISO 31000).
