That is why our slogan is 'Let's Grow Together'!\nWhat will you be doing?\nFinancial Analysis: Analyse financial statements, operational data, and business plans, identifying adjustments in EBITDA, net working capital, and net financial debt for accurate transaction valuations.\nDue Diligence Leadership: Lead buy-side and sell-side due diligence by coordinating sessions with target company management to gather crucial insights.\nReporting & Insights: Prepare due diligence reports, including financial analyses, charts, and conclusions to guide client decisions.\nTeam Coaching: Mentor junior team members, ensuring high-quality project delivery and professional growth.\nCross-functional Coordination: Work with tax, legal, and other teams to provide comprehensive due diligence services.\nClient Engagement: Assist in preparing proposals for new or existing clients to drive business growth.\nBusiness Development: Contribute to identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting business development efforts.\nWhat do you bring to the table?\nMaster's degree in Finance, Business Economics, or a related field.\nMinimum of 6 years of relevant experience preferably within a consulting or professional services firm.\nExcellent command of Dutch and English.
