Here's a glimpse into your typical day:\nConducting in-depth reviews of AML/KYC procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.\nCreating and updating policies and procedures related to AML/KYC, tailored to the client’s needs and ensuring alignment with all applicable internal and regulatory requirements.\nIdentifying enhancement opportunities for KYC and AML processes and implementing these changes.\nCollaborating with cross-functional teams to implement and enhance digital compliance tools and processes.\nBe on top of the technology solutions and guide the client in selecting the right tools and support with the implementation.\nProviding guidance and support to internal stakeholders on compliance-related matters.\nAssisting in the development and execution of compliance monitoring programs.\nContributing to the design and implementation of AML/KYC training programs for employees.\nBeing a guide, a counsellor and a sounding board for the junior levels to overperform on projects.\nWhat do you bring to the table?\nWe're looking for candidates who possess the following:\nProven AML/KYC Expertise: bring 2-5 years of solid experience in AML/KYC, ideally with a focus on second-line defence.\nDigital Compliance Proficiency: display a strong inclination towards digital compliance, with hands-on experience or a keen interest in compliance tooling and project management.\nAcademic Excellence: hold a master's degree in a relevant field, demonstrating a strong foundation in compliance principles and practices.\nLanguage Proficiency: possess fluency in Dutch, French, and English, enabling seamless communication across international borders.\nCommitment to Efficiency: show a relentless pursuit of efficiency, consistently exploring technical solutions to optimise processes and workflows.\nAnalytical Rigor: exhibit a meticulous and analytical approach to work, with the ability to objectively evaluate and critique both your own and others' contributions.\nInitiative and Collaboration: demonstrate a proactive attitude towards problem-solving, coupled with a collaborative spirit that values input from colleagues and ensures transparent project communication.\nCertification Advantage: holders of Compliance certifications will be given preference, although it is not mandatory.\nRegulatory Acumen: navigate the intricate landscape of regulatory requirements with confidence, leveraging strong analytical skills to interpret and implement complex regulations effectively.\nWhat do we bring to the table?\nAccording to our colleagues, it has to do with the great team spirit and atmosphere within our organisation and the focus on wellbeing.
