Our reasoned, pragmatic approach allows us to deliver tangible results and become an effective, reliable partner to our clients.\nWe are looking for a Junior ERP Implementation Consultant to join our Enterprise Solutions team.\nWhat will you be doing?\nAs a Junior ERP Implementation Consultant, you will dive deep into configuring and optimizing business software such as Oracle NetSuite and other ERP systems. Your tasks will include:\nAnalyzing client problems and being responsible for configuring business software.\nBuilding and optimizing automation processes within various tools.\nCreating reports within the systems.\nConducting data migrations and User Acceptance Testing, including developing test scenarios.\nProviding on-site training for clients' super/admin users.\nOur current functional areas include:\nERP (Enterprise Resource Planning, e.g. Oracle NetSuite)\nEPM (Enterprise Performance Management, e.g. Oracle EPM/NSPB/PBCS)\nPPM (Project Portfolio Management, e.g. Clarity PPM, ServiceNow & KeyedIn Projects)\nGlobis (= logistics and transport ERP)\nWhat do you bring to the table?\nYou have a Master’s degree (for example, in Commercial Engineering, Applied Economics, Computer Science, etc.) and have a passion for IT implementations.\nKnowledge of, experience in or an affinity with accounting, planning and budgeting is important.\nYou obviously have an interest in software tools and development, databases, queries, scripting and reporting.\nYou have a sharp, analytical mind; you have the ability to approach problems from different angles and make quick decisions. However, you are not purely an IT analyst; you also enjoy implementations.\nYou are client-oriented, with the necessary empathy, negotiation skills and flexibility.\nYou are communicative, results-oriented and aware of the added value of working as a team in order to achieve maximum results.\nYou can work independently and have already learned how to deal with stress from others and in yourself in order to find solutions even in crisis situations.\nYou speak fluent Dutch and English.
